To keep your boots looking their best over time, regular care is recommended. Natural rubber can develop a light, whitish surface as it gradually loses its natural oils. By treating your boots once a month with our care oil, you help preserve the rubber’s softness, appearance, and long-lasting quality for years to come.

How to return:
- Fill out the return form included in your order when you received it.
- Pack the items you wish to return securely and include the filled out return form inside the package with the products you're returning.
- Attach the included prepaid shipping label visibly on the outside of the package. (If there's an old label on the package you must cover this so it's not visible)
- Get a receipt when you drop off the package. (This is your proof of return if a package gets lost during shipping.)
When your return package has been received and handled, the return fee of €7 will be deducted and the remaining amount of your order will be refunded to the same method of payment as you purchased your order with. The entire process takes 5-10 business days.
Please note that you can only return your order from the Country your order was originally delivered to.
