We have specially developed this sponge with silicone oil l to provide the best care possible for your wellies. Remove all excess dirt and grime with a soft cloth, and polish with this special sponge.There is enough silicone oil for about 3 uses, and we recommend that you use our specially developed silicone oil to supplement your sponge.Your wellies will regain their shine, and last for much longer with.

How to return:

1. Fill out the return form included in your order when you received it.
2. Pack the items you wish to return securely and include the filled out return form inside the package with the products you're returning.
3. Attach the included prepaid shipping label visibly on the outside of the package. (If there's an old label on the package you must cover this so it's not visible)
4. Get a receipt when you drop off the package. (This is your proof of return if a package gets lost during shipping.)

When your return package has been received and handled, the return fee of €7 will be deducted and the remaining amount of your order will be refunded to the same method of payment as you purchased your order with. The entire process takes 5-10 business days.

Please note that you can only return your order from the Country your order was originally delivered to.
